Anyone watch any games so far?

Actually, first question should probably be, have any of the games even been on in the States?

USA have had a decent showing so far, with some very entertaining games. Had a great performance against Ireland despite losing, and beat Russia the other night!

Australia is up next for the USA. Will probably be ugly, but should be fun regardless.

I just started watching rugby on FXSP. Still trying to figure out wtf is going on but still pretty cool nonetheless. I haven't seen anything from the World Cup though

I feel ya.

I've enjoyed the games a great deal, but it has hard to really get into them when i don't even know what the damn names of the positions are haha.

USA vs Ireland was on. US needs to spread their backs out and use speed better. They bunch up way too much. Against Ireland, their 2 widest backs didn't see the ball more than 2 times the whole game.

used to love coming home from the bars at 4 in the morning, and having Australian rules rugby on to wind down the night.

Amazing game. Watched it live in Wellington with a bunch of co-workers, probably the coolest sporting experience i've ever had. Thank God today is a public holiday here, i don't think i got home until 7:00am haha.

France played really well, probably outplayed NZ last night, but New Zealand was clearly the class of the tournament as a whole, so was happy to see them win.

P.S.

Here is the Haka before the game. Loved how the French challenged it as well. Pretty badass.
