I went to the thread... went to the Administrative options... used the Open thread option. When I clicked proceed it said I locked it... so I went back and did the same thing to open it. Not sure what happened the first time.

Hmm says it is still closed. Must be because of the auto close. Probably have to wait for Justin.

Orly? It said the second time that the thread was now open... I figured it worked; I guess not.

i think it needs a new post. Post something like "opening back up due to sentancing and new charges" then open it. that should work.

Like you mentioned, Usually all you have to do is have a mod of that forum or super mod make a post in the thread and it auto unlocks since there is now a post newer than the cutoff date.

I did it with the google plus thread last night
