This gets even better. This dude got pulled over on a scooter at his own stadium.
Florida sophomore linebacker Dee Finley was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with driving with a suspended license and resisting a University Police Department officer with violence. The latter is a third-degree felony.
Officer William Sasser pulled Finley over at 1:49 p.m. after Finley drove his scooter around a barricade at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Sasser asked for his license and registration, but Finley told the officer he was late and did not want to give him the information, according to the arrest report.
When Sasser told Finley he could not leave, Finley started his scooter and tried to take off, but Sasser grabbed his left wrist. Finley then snatched his hand away and "squared" to Sasser while still straddling his scooter, according to the report.

I blame Finley because he has been in dwls before 3 times. His license is susp. in Ala. and Fla. He is not displaying responsibility to be a college student/athlete. Always minor driving offenses but Gators are fed up with him. In his defense, the campus cop probably knows of his driving status, and staked out the stadium to harass him, escalating a scooter stop into a felony arrest.

Muschamp immediately named him the starter for this week's game and added his name and number to the ring of honor.

Come on, that would be FSU that would do that.

"Finley then snatched his hand away and "squared" to Sasser while still straddling his scooter, according to the report"

Is that supposed to be the "with violence" part, or is there more to it afterward?

That tweet means nothing. I'm the only person who gets in trouble for posting kill yourself. Others do it and all is well.

Sasser proceeded to whip out his department-issued Taser and told Finley to put his hands behind his back. Finley obliged.

here are 2 more examples

At the FAU game, they tazed a man at Gator Walk for attempting to cross the sidewalk because he felt he could get a better view from the other side. The sidewalk had been roped off, but the team buses hadn't even arrived yet. The man - who was black by the way - ducked under to cross and was accosted by an officer who grabbed his arm and pushed him back. He said, "I'm just going to the other side," and the officer yelled that he couldn't do that. The man tried to yank his arm free from the officer and the next thing we know he was being tackled by 2 cops and tazed multiple times by a third one. I actually have video of the incident on my phone and everyone around was horrified. People were saying, "WTF?" and telling the cops they were overreacting.

..........................................

Then, at the UAB game last weekend, I'm entering the stadium at Gate 18 when an Alachua County Sheriff's officer notices a square object in my shorts pocket (it was my iPhone) and goes, "Whoa, sir, what's that in your pocket?" I gave him a funny look and go, "Uh, it's a phone." I guess my reaction or tone of voice pissed him off because he grabs me by the arm and yanks me over to the side, saying, "When I ask you what something is, you don't tell me...you SHOW it to me." I realize it was the anniversary of 9/11 and they were probably on high alert, but there were women going into the stadium with purses that they merely glanced at.

Sounds like FL law enforcement is finally getting the message that everyone in the entire state is a criminal and they's about had enuff of it and they's damn well gonna do sumpin' 'bout it. Nice job FL officers...the rest of the nation is 100% the crack down on these losers.

Shocking that espn downplays this story...and in the little they mention it, they stoop so low as to blame the police
