Easy, Canfield was absolutely out manned Dover has incredible specialists, (QB, Split end) but Dover had no ability to stop a tam with absolutely no size what so ever.Doverbuck;889870 wrote:I don't know how you can call out one defense when the other gave up 42 points and around 600 yards.
If you were at the game you would see that the difference in the 2 teams as far as physicality was striking. But the Canfield kids pushed the Dover defense all over the field.
The last 2 point conversion was telling. There wasn't 1 fan in the stands that didn't know what was coming, but Canfield ran it right up Dover's ass, and there wasn't anything they could do about it

So you report someone for swearing...then think that a post like that is acceptable in the forum? LOL Not necessarily 'swearing', but inappropriate for the HS forums.

I now know what is causing the problem. It's only when it asks for you to put in your password right before completing the task. I need to figure out if I can turn off that password verification for the short term.

Yeah, it is only password verified tasks. I can do anything else no problem. It's after submitting the password that it loops me around to the new main page, and does nothing.

Now I'm not able to merge threads either. It's doing the same thing for me that ts is getting.

i think the trick is to log in to modcp first, or at least recently, before trying to merge or unapprove or whatever. If I haven't logged in to admincp in a while and try to do an inline moderation task it will ask me for a password and then send me to the front page. If I've recently logged in to admincp it doesn't ask me to confirm my password and completes the task.

What is all this about admincp? I don't see any of this.

In order to complete any moderation task that prompts you for a password to complete (merges, moves, etc.), you apparently have to log into the modcp (by clicking on "Mod" at the top right of any page) before it lets you.
Otherwise, when you enter your password to complete a moderation task you just get looped around to the front page of the site and the task is not completed.
Basically, Justin changed shit and broke everything.

The "Mod" at the top right of the page doesn't even show up for me.

But seriously, you can tell we let a lot of this slide.
If you see a rule broken in the HS forums you can act immediately, we don't allow any bullshit in there. If it's in one of the other forums it really depends on who is being a dick and/or who they are being a dick to. Best practice to start out is to just report a questionable post and we can talk about.

A good philosophy is to pick one or two users to really break their balls and then play dumb when they start complaining, ignoring any valid points they may have. Make sure they're posters who annoy others, so the entire board then gangs up on them for complaining.

I wouldn't have even noticed that I didn't have super powers if some Orrville guy hadn't PMed me telling me that some douche rocket was outing people on the HS forum.
Hmm ... I need to make a list of people to pick on ...
