:D

Lost 24-22 @ UNC today

Damnit, I would have made so much money if they would have pulled this one off

According to some, the NY TV market cares... doubtful.

I think somebody is going to have to let the NY market know about today's results. Doubtful that they were paying attention

Notre Dame, Michigan, Ohio St. and Penn St. run New York.

Texas is close.

'Cuse football ranks up with Rugby world cup.

Rutgers is an afterthought.

Still not time set on the Rutgers vs. Navy game.

It's the only Navy game not televised. :(

If you hear of the established game time please let me know SportsAndLady.

College football IS popular in NYC, but no one team is THE team. On Saturdays in Manhattan, the bars are packed, but they are filled with people cheering for their own alumni. Rutgers, Syracuse, etc are all afterthoughts. Most popular team is Penn State, followed closely by Notre Dame (as Manhattan Buckeye mentioned). OSU does have a huge following here, as does Florida (they pack out at least three bars in the Upper West Side).

And it's all because of Jon Voight's role in Midnight Cowboy.
