Wisky looks pretty scary so far. Man that running game is going to be tough to stop. (Disclaimer I'm 45 minutes behind live TV, so I guess it could have changed).

UNLV might be this bad though. I haven't seen anything that suggests they are good at all.

That was Wilson's career long run @46 yards. He's not really a runner, just keeps plays alive.

In all honesty Wilson does look as advertised, and Wisconsin is dominating the line of scrimmage, but UNLV is a huge pile of dog shit that would probably lose to a number of FCS schools. Teams will be able to exploit Wisconsin on the edges when on offense and someone will play the run game tough enough that Wilson will have to win a game with the receivers he has. Outside of Nick(elodeon) Toon they don't have a lot of experience out there.

Makes sense, I guess I always considered him a "runner" since whenever I saw him play at NC State he was running for his life. He did have 9 rushing TD's last year though.

The way you're reacting to this perormance by Wisconsin shows me that you're a little bit scared of them

What do I have to be scared of? Them winning a national title? Not going to happen, I'll bet all my vCash on it. I'm reacting the way I am because a) they're the biggest rivals of my team and b) I haven't watched college ball in 9 months. Lot of pent up rage in here :)

This offense could be scary seeing how Russell Wilson is probably an upgrade from Scott Tolzien

After watching one game, you are putting Wisconsin as one your favorites to win the National Title? You're aware they are beating the bejesus out of UNLV, right? I mean I am very impressed with Wisky, but I find it kind of funny you're ready to annoint them already

I'm not saying they WILL play for a National Title....all I'm saying is they have a very good shot to have a chance to play for one

My favorites are:
Bama
Oregon
Boise
Stanford


I do believe thought that if Wisky is firing at full speed,they can play and maybe beat all of those teams

It will happen when Wisconsin becomes the most popular team on this board / in this state. Or... a team Ohio State fans don't like runs the score up on somebody (Florida)

I think he meant since someone(I believe it was ccrunner) created a thread last year when Wisconsin "ran up the score" on someone I forget who they played though.

Wisky looks good so far, but lets see what they can do vs. a quality opponent before we crown them. With that said they're showdowns against Nebraska and at Ohio State are looking like they could be some great games.

UNLV was 2-11 last year and the weight difference on the lines was insane. Even still UNLV was able to gash them with some nice running plays.
