This is lengthy, but here is my conversation with him:

Why can't anyone answer simple questions, let alone ASK the simple questions on JJ? I'm not trying to be an ass. I really would like to know, along with many other people, why posts are just getting deleted, when there really is nothing wrong with them. Can you just have the decency to answer that one question?

It doesn't really matter anymore. Posts are/were disappearing like crazy. I created a thread this morning just asking why it was happening, and that thread was deleted. It just gets old. There is no warning that "here is why we are deleting threads" or "you shouldn't post this because" or anything like that. And some people wonder why members are disgruntled.

It's not just me that it bothers.
+ Of course, you have the announcement of the "change" with only three days notice. That didn't sit well with many.
+ After that, you have many people questioning what is going on, asking honest questions. Those questions don't get answered, in any way shape or form, so then you have the "angry" mob formed.
- Because of the "angry mob," that leads to people getting banned left and right. People getting banned for the following reasons:
o Just mentioning the other websites
o Posts in dissent b/c no one will have the decency to come on there and answer a question for them
o etc.
+ Many people found a new home to post, on many of the "other" forums, but the post deletion did not stop.
+ Any time someone seemed to question what was going on at the huddle... post deleted... thread deleted... etc.
- Example - The whole thing with the "Sign up for JJHuddle, and we'll donate $2 for the charity." Many people thought that appeared poor.
- Instead of explaining why it wasn't poor, or even defending yourself, JJ just bans people... how do you THINK this looks?
- Yes, it DID look bad, and it DID appear that you were just trying to get more people to join, at that charity's expense. It's just the way it appears, upsetting or not.
- Now, ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING, thats close to questioning what is going on at JJHuddle, the post/thread gets deleted, or the poster gets the "gong."
- One suggestion... if you have people paying for that site, then you might want to give them a little more leeway on what they can post. THEY paid for it.
Does this make ANY sense? Can you not see why so many people are upset and see this as poor business? I'm just trying to help, but in order for some people to understand the views of other people, they must set their own aside. If JJHuddle wants to run a successful business, then they can't piss off their customers. Just because JJ once WAS a good product, that doesn't mean that your customers will stay loyal. You have to continue to actually improve and innovate. It's what business is all about.

This has taken place over the course of about 2.5 weeks.
In my conversations with him, it is obvious that he is trolling freehuddle.com. Seriously, all I wanted to know (in the end) is why he bothered digging up information on me.

PS- Ernest, I told you I don't think it would be too hard to figure out. I don't think Eric is "stalking" you. Maybe your wife (creepy lol), who isn't doing that....but he has no reason to stalk you. I'm assuming that he did a little quick research (it doesn't take long) to show you that if he really wants....he can bury you. And after our conversation the other day on the phone (the one where you called every phone attached to me in the middle of my 14 million dollar bid), you know he has the ability to do so.

Ah, the stuff I miss by rarely being up early. A long conversation between Ernest and Frantz....combined with an obscure one between Ernest and WLS. And a couple pointless filler posts by Peake. Fun times.
Frantz did come off as a slightly psychotic dick there with divulging that he had personal info of Ernest, although I did think it was a bit funny that the dude who's posted about 600 photoshopped pics ripping on the old Huddle and the $12 thing was actually expecting straight answers and a reasonable discussion with a representative of that site. Maybe I should email Frantz and say, "Uh....okay, I've been banned by you guys about 5-6 times over the last month or so and my home computer's been IP banned on two separate occasions, but really.....what gives with what you're doing there?" I'm sure that will work!
