Saw this movie last night for an advanced screening at Easton in Columbus.
Not a MMA fan at all but this movie kicked butt big time.
If you are a fan of UFC it's a must see.

yes I did as a matter of fact.
My wife does all this stuff.
She gets a lot of free advanced screenings from them.
BTW Nick Nolte plays their father. A former drunk (Yea a real stretch haha) and retired mill worker from Pittsburgh.
One son is a Marine (twist to this story) the other is a high school Physics teacher in Philly

Yeah, i do gofobo on the occasion... worst part is waiting in line but free and early is where it's at.

Previews say it is better than The Figher...which is good as I thought that one sucked.
I guess we all will compare those type of movies to Rocky.

I can't even go in to the theater believing it will be better than The Fighter but I will give it a shot.

I thought The Fighter was purely entertaining due to Christian Bale...and it was one of Whalbergs better to good movies IMO.

My wife and I both loved The Fighter, and both of us are looking forward to seeing this. She is as big of an MMA fan as I am.

It's my new favorite movie of all time. As an older brother, however, I may be slightly biased because of the emotions the film was able to stir with me.

For an easily predictable movie. . . I was on the edge of my seat several times.

Just got back. I liked it. I would put it close to the same level as Fighter but I don't know if I would call it better. It was cool to see a couple of real MMA fighters in the movie.
