Shocker, another list that tells me once again that OU is/was the best.

this isn't exactly a hard list to make, most anyone would come up with a list like that (and it closely correlates to the party school list)

Small towns where the college basically runs the joint make these lists. Nice, large cities that just so happen to have big universities never will, because they are just another small part of a huge city.

Just started grad school at UGA, and it does not surprise me that it is #1 on this list. The town is absolutely incredible.

Amherst needs to be knocked down a few (or a dozen) spots, yeah it's great if you worship Phish, promote hemp as the new cash crop and enjoy women with armpit hair. It isn't even a town, it is a commune of hippies.

UGA is a nice campus, but Miami not being on the list let alone ranked under OU is a joke.

I'm assuming because it sucks otherwise, making the college atmosphere carry further out into the city. Most of the big cities you drive into don't suck, and have so much other stuff going on, that unless it's a football game day you would seriously have no idea that a school was there.

Nope...I was accepted to Miami (among several others) and choose Ohio State because of the richness of their academic offerings, far reaching alumni, networking opportunityes, etc.

You are an alumni, I take it.
