Not sure if the NFL does this already, so if they do I won't judge, but I hope every cent of that is accountable to some charity.

He does that stuff knowing he's going to get fined. I don't have a problem with his celebrations, I actually love them, but he has to know that each time he does something it's going to cost him another $30,000.

30k is quite a bit though, i think it's usually 10 or 20k. if they increase it to 50 or 100 i bet he stops.

Yes he did but he wore it at the post game press conference and the NFL has strict rules on what you can and can't wear at the press conference.

The NFL has every right to enforce rules regarding anything that will protect their image. If Ocho doesn't like it tell him to start his own League.
