Found this on stumble upon.
Kinda funny when I looked at all the bad parts of where I have lived recently, Toledo, Washington DC.
In DC, the NE and SE are known to be really bad parts of town.
In Toledo, the areas just outside of downtown.

I live within the city limits of Cincinnati and my tract is 98% white.
