A SWAT team was dispatched after shots reportedly were fired at a Granger, Ind., house owned by former Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions safety Corwin Brown.

The neighbor told WSBT-TV that several children and a woman got out of the home. Unnamed sources later told WNDU-TV that Brown was inside the house alone, in a standoff with police.

Apparently he shot himself, and they aren't saying whether or not the wound is life-threatening.

So as of right now...he's alive. But might not be for long.

That's a pretty fucked up situation. Thankfully he let his wife and kids out of the house before things got really tragic.

fair condition.
former coach Bob Chmiel was there, talked him out but he already shot himself.
