Apparently monday night an airstrike took out a leader and the fighter who shot down the chinook among other people

My heart sunk when I heard this last saturday.
The first bit of business when my brother became a Team guy was the last time there was a huge loss ofl ife back in june of 2005. The story is detailed in the book The Lone Survivor.
I knew what he was gonna do was dangerous, but it wasnt until that day when he first reported to the Teams that there was such a large loss of life that it really sunk in.
I cannot imagine what those families are going through. THe SEAL community is a such a small, close knit group that even one loss sents shutters through their lives.
Hope all the troops, Army and the Team guys, families can get through this.
