Big win. This game lasted SO long that it seemed like half of ESPN's "Top 10 Plays" were from this game between Miggy's catch & Kipnis' play(s) at 2nd, etc.

I couldn't make it up for the whole thing. Our bullpen went 12 scoreless innings. Unreal. Ubaldo has to eat some innings tonight to give some of these guys a break. I would be surprised if Durbin, Smith or Hermann were available tonight.

Acta said Hermann would be available tonight. Pestano threw too many pitches to come back tonight, I would think.

Some great pitching and defense played last night. It's hard to hold a team to 2 runs over 14 innings. Hopefully Jimenez can be the pitcher the Tribe needs him to be tonight, and the offense can get back on track.

I was there last night also, and had the same drive home, although I was talked into leaving at about 1:15 and got back to Dover around 2:45. Got to listen to Fukudome get the game winning walk-off "hit" while fueling up at Fairlawn while some Asian lady was sitting in her car staring worriedly at me and buddy as we celebrated at about 1:50am praising Fukudome in a Shell gas station parking lot.

I disagree. Fausto has had three good outings in a row, you don't shit on him and destroy any confidence he's built and sit him. This start could bring the old fausto to life and make our staff sick nasty. If this was the last week of the season id agree but with 50 games left you stick with carmona

I'm willing to bet you werent pronouncing it the way they do on ESPN. Probably a reason for her to be petrified

I, also tip my hat to you stalwarts who stayed up. I checked here first this morning to find out if we won or not and I enjoyed reading your late inning comments. Super job by the BP for this critical win.

Lol...it is a bad game when the best entertainment was a crazy dancing fan on the big screen...

I tried to stay up, ended up falling asleep some time during the 13th inning. When I woke up this morning at 6:30 the TV was still on and through my sleep haze I could still see guys playing. My first thought was, "Are they seriously still playing?" Then I realized that STO was replaying the game so I went and checked the score and watched the highlights.

Great job by the bullpen. A badly needed performance after their struggles on that last road trip.

Huff started on Monday so he will be on normal rest to start on Saturday. Like going with Masterson on Friday. That would be the day for his typical long bullpen session, but he should be fine considering he made about 30 pitches last night.

This is fun. Every team in the Central has a negative run differential. 4 teams in the East have positive run differentials.

After last nights games Austin Kearns is now tied in HR and RBI with.......Cliff Lee. Ladies and Gentlemen, our fourth outfielder.
