Give him some time before writing him off. And rob, stop being butthurt because TEBOW brought the Broncos back 2 beat your piece of **** of a team.
lol i'm not butthurt at all, I have grown accustom to failures by the fins. I'm just rational enough to call a spade a spade. Like I said, if any other QB went 2-8 for 69 yards they would be a laughingstock, take the blinders off.

lol at thinking Tebow is a good passer because of one pass. His first completion today (in the 3rd qtr) was his first completion since the previous week in the 3rd qtr. GTFO.

Tebow was lucky that Todd Haley and the Chiefs were on the other sideline. That guy is a joke. I still have no idea how he became a head coach

I dont think people are saying hes a good passer, just that he CAN make the throw(i know i know all nfl qbs can) There is no denying that you simply have to play a defense you arent used to playing when Tebow is at qb because of his running ability. Im not saying the dude is gonna be a pro bowl qb, honestly i think hell be somewhere around the 15-22 range his whole career.

He had 2 tds and 0 turnovers which resultet in a W. Laugh all you want, im sure the broncos and their fans are OK with that.

+1. Their play calling is awful, why Thomas Jones ever plays is beyond me. They have way too many stinker games.

And no one has the running ability of Tebow. Why do you need to pass it more than 8 times if that's what it takes to win? He doesn't need to be a Hall of Fame passer to be an effective leader of the team. If what he does works, and he's such a mediocre passer, why WOULDN'T you pass it as little as it takes to win?

My roommate is from Denver and he hates Tebow but he loves the fact the Broncos are winning so he's fine with Tebow playing.

2/8 69 yards td.

OSU does that, but yet their passing is awful. Tebow does this, and apparently he CAN PASS!!

It told me everything I needed to know when he was giving Jones more touches than Charles last year

LOL at all these butthurt people because Tebow has the Broncos at 4-5 from 1-4 and 1 game out of first place. Last time I checked wins > stats and TD's>Turnovers and Tebow has plenty more of the wins and TD's.

Nobody is butthurt. But to say Tebow is the reason theyre winning these games is laughable. They won this game because their Defense stepped it up and they rushed the ball 50 some times, no tbecause Tebow brought something special to the table or made great plays throughout the game.

Tebow brings a special desire to win attitude and it has certainly been picked up by his teammates. He made 2 huge plays in the game that made a huge difference in the outcome. He has 7 Td passes to 1 Int since he has been the starter and more importantly the Broncos now have confidence as a team that they didn't have when they were 1-4, you cannot deny that.

And quite a few of those Tds are on little dump off passes where theres plenty of YAC. He doesnt have Int's because the coaches dont even trust him to throw the ball down the field, he is completing 50% of his passes on checkdowns and dump offs...thats horrible. But yes, they are winning the games

Tebow is a winner, i'll give him that, but that doesnt make him a good passer (which is what tk is trying to argue)

After the game: "I'm a football player before I'm a quarterback. I'll do whatever it takes to win"

Translation: "I'm really sh*tty at passing the football, but turn me into a glorified fullback who occasionally throws and we will win"

We've seen the whole "just a winner" thing before. People dismissed subpar qb play from guys like vince young and colt McCoy because they won a few games. Sooner or later crappy qb play catches up with you. You're not going to win consistently in the NFL by completing 45% of your passes.

Its been done by Terry Bradshaw career 51.9% I know its not 45% but its still terrible. Joe Namath was a career 50% and he was a Super Bowl MVP and an AFC MVP both Hof'ers. I am not saying Tebow by any means is going to be a MVP or in the HOF but don't act like it hasn't been done with a poor passing %.
