Perci Garner, a 2006 Dover graduate and 2010 2nd round pick from Ball State, picked up his 1st professional win for the Williamsport Crosscutters. After the game their bus nearly went through a guardrail on an overpass of the Staten Island Expressway. Hopefully he continues to stay healthy, as he has a great attitude and character to go along w/ his mid to upper 90's fastball.
