Watched "the dictator" yesterday....meh. It had some funny parts, but I am surprised the reviews are so good. Also, have the things you see on the previews aren't even in the movie.

I'm kinda sick of SBC. Ali G show was great, Borat was gold, since then its all been overkill for me.

I ddn't watch Bruno mainly because I heard it was just bad and a couple of cats said they felt weird watching it. Ha I thought The Dictator actually looked funny but if half of the stuff in the previews isn't even in the movie I'm not sure if I will waste my time and money.

Same. I;ve always been a big bond fan. Used to have the VHS box set (vhs lol). I'm probably in the minority but the recent Casino Royale is my favorite.

Its only 3 million behind Star Wars for 5th place. It will back that by Wednesday. I think it will cap off over $500 million.

really? I thought it felt like just a long skit. I mean, i thought it had funny parts, but I thought Borat was 10 times better.

I read in the paper that Battleship was good for the action, but otherwise dumb and incomprehensible. Kinda surprising, IMO. I began seeing previews and propaganda for this movie last year. Generally there isn't that much marketing for brainless flick.

Yeah, Battleship isn't anything great. In fact the drive in I go to on occasion switched it from screen 1 (bigger area) to screen 2 because Avengers was still the bigger draw. Haha.
