#swing and a miss. I get it, you liked the movie I even acknowledged that I was in the minority for not liking it. Not trying to say it was a bad movie or that you shouldn't like it.

Moving along....

BD how was immortals?

Also, while The Departed was a solid movie, I get so upset at the people who say it's in their top 5. NO WAY was it a top 5 movie. Again, very good, but NO WAY top 5.

Inception and Blood Diamond were both faaaar superior movies. Inception was truly amazing.
I'm not picking Departed as one of the top 5 movies of all time. I'm putting it in my top 5 favorite flicks.

Immortals was good. I can't put it on the level of 300 but it was good.

I usually take whatever Ebert says and then assume the opposite to be the truth.

I have heard numerous times that Theron tears it up. Stewart brings it down a notch though.

So none of the theaters in my area picked up J. Edgar. Is the gay angle of the movie that bad?

Saw the Descendants last night. Best movie I have seen all yr. Should be in the running for Best Picture. I would think Clooney would be in the running for best actor and his oldest daughter in the movie IMO just at least get consideration for bet supporting actress.

I honestly don't know what people expect when it comes to Batman's voice. What is he supposed to do... talk in his normal voice so those who are close to him can decipher that Batman is actually Bruce Wayne? This always irks me when I hear people complaining about the voice.

Thats what I say also. I like that Nolan has made the series seem possible and much more real-life like. Having Bruce Wayne talk as Bruce Wayne would honestly piss me off so much. Im glad they make his change the voice. I dont care how they do/did it, so this choice is fine with me, and probably makes the most sense.
