I agree. That is just unnecessary. I'll give Oregon credit for having the original idea, but it should have stopped there.

I agree. Oregon has some unique unis, but if you notice, each one has a basic color scheme. They can go all green,white,yellow,gray,black. Or they can do green tops, yellow bottoms.... They have a clean look.

You never see Oregon with a green jersey/yellow sleeves/white tubing and yellow pants/green stripes.

I don't see it posted. If it was Scarlet's, it has never showed for me. If you are talking about the Maryland group photo, that doesn't show the helmet detail.

maryland needs red and yellow helmets to correspond with each respective uni color - the black helmets for everything just looks ridiculous

for the record..I like Oregon's uni's (minus the BCS Title game ones). I like seeing the color combinations they come up with. At least it's semi "clean" looking.

Deadspin was killing Maryland for the uniforms / the uniform presentation. They were busting Edsall's balls because he said that no names would be on the uniform because he "wasn't that kind of guy" but then he turned around and dropped Under Armour's motto (We must protect this house) during his speech at the unveiling.
