According to his twitter he's going to prep school then enrolling at UC this December. He has the talent to be great, just needs to get his head on straight. We'll see I guess.

Hopefully this guy can get it together. He's got tremendous talent and could one day be a major factor once he gets his grades in order. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that he is able to do it.

Ironic, I was just thinking to myself the other day, "I wonder what happened to latwan Anderson?"
The kid is too much of a thug. Even if he does end up sticking in school somehow, I don't see him being a factor for the Bearcats.

The Buckeyes were drooling over this guy last year. Then he chose WVU and the Buckey fans said he was trash. Then he reopened recruitment and he was great again. Then He chose Miami and again became trash.
Agreed he's had some issues in his past, but so did Mardy Gilyard and he turned into a model student. Time will tell. He has to get his grades together before UC will let him near the field anyways (UC had the best GPA in the Big East) Butch Jones has really turned the academic side of the Student Athlete into a priority.

I don't think anybody is questioning the talent I'm just glad this guy didn't end up at OSU. We don't need kids with that kind of baggage but I see nothing wrong with a program like Cincinnati taking a flyer on him.

Model student? I know 4 kids that went to UC and all 4 of them said, "While Gilyard was a cool dude, the guy smoked weed every day and sold it from other people's houses." Yeah... he was a model student alright [insert rolling eyes icon]

I know this guy who knows this other guy at OSU who says that Fickell likes to dress like a clown and choke mexican immigrants in the shower. Take that to the bank. Gilyard did a ton for the community and got his grades up, I know he was involved in some shady stuff before he was kicked off the team, but he wasn't ever caught doing anything wrong after he came back. Whether he did it or not IDK.

Mardy was home during the lockout. He did a lot of crabbing, a little fishing in Palm Coast.
