I am not sure you can actually do that on this site. You can upload your file on a file hosting site and then post the link for it, there are a lot of free hosting sites out there. What exactly are you trying to do with the excel file, Let people view the standings and results?
You can also just convert it from excel to jpeg and post it as a image.
