Happy Birthday!

Can we have a trivia question for your day of birth?

You should...a manager who has almost 1500 wins and win 3 Manager of the year awards should be loved :)

Happy Birthday. Sorry about last night's outcome, I know you had your heart set on that Uggla jersey.

What is our longest winning streak this year? Seems like we just can't win more than 1 or 2 games in a row

Hopefully the Reds can repeat what they did against Lowe earlier in the year and get some runs early and have Homer pitch like he did against the cards his last time out.

Just got back from the stadium, it's a zoo with all the FOX and ESPN crews there. They already have the ESPN stage up for tomorrow right out front between the ticket windows and HOF.

Bruce has a "inner ear problem", hopefully not serious, but these things can tend to linger for awhile.

Yeah, those will screw with you. This insanely humid weather can cause that stuff.....some allergy pills and and a big storm can sometimes get it out of there......but running in RF and your head jarring some is scary and dangerous.

1. Prado 3B
2. Heyward RF
3. McCann C
4. Freeman 1B
5. Uggla 2B
6. Hinske LF
7. Gonzalez SS
8. McLouth CF
9. Lowe P

I'd guess that at least one of Venters and Kimbrel will be unavailable today.

At this point I'd take a blowout either way just to get both of them a day off.

The heat a 4pm on the field will be some nasty stuff. Just hope to get 6 out of Homer.

Derek Lowe may pass out in his bullpen warm ups. He is one sweaty mother fucker.

Today is the 38th day since the Reds won consecutive games, and that was the last game of the sweep in LA. They won 5 in a row twice. To start the season then vs. the Cards and Cubs in May. Reds played bad vs. the Cubs, but the Cubs played worse.

Wasn't that what caused Votto's problems a couple years ago with the vertigo and whatnot? Or was that just a rumor that went around early on when people were wondering what was wrong to keep him out as long as it did?

Bailey gets a big tag out, the 3rd one at home, on a good play by Gomes, and gets a zero in the first, but uses 19 pitches.

Two games in a row the Reds are taking advantage of McCann's non-fantasy weakness.
