just finished my pizza. Ifully believe it was a frozen pizza from Kroger (digorno or freshetta). Why is this place so crowded? just spent 13 bucks on something that tasted disgusting.

Their frozen pizza isn't like their pizza in the restaraunt, what did you expect? It's frozen! CPK is pretty decent for chain I'll give them that, have been to one twice and liked it both times.

I like Jacks if we are going with frozen.
Pizza Cottage is my favorite pizza but I bet it would taste like poop if it was frozen.

Mellow Mushroom makes some good pies.

But the best pizza I've ever had was at Bar Cento in Ohio City.

As far as frozen pizza, as long as it isn't Tony's I'm happy.

Thin crust: Pizzeria Regina (Boston)
Deep dish: Lou Malnati's (Chicago)

Although I actually do like CPK as well. Wouldn't buy their frozen offering though.

This will likely be the only post useful to you:

Call the number on the back of the box and ask for a refund. You must have the box with he upc code though. Don't say you didn't like the taste - say it was freezer burned or showed signs of defrosting and refreezing (ie turned up edge, not flat).

They will try to send you replacement coupon but explain that you have already wasted time buying and cooking a defective pizza and that you'd rather not use their product again. They will take your address and refund your money within around 7-10 days along with an apology letter.

I've done this over ten times in the last few years when I'm not satisfied with a product and it always works. Always. You can also then take the item back to the store if you have the receipt and double your refund, though that's not really honest. ;)
