I might be biased, but I think the following people got snubbed.

William H Macy: "Frank Gallagher" in Shameless. Should have been nominated for lead actor in a drama.

Denis O'Hare: "Russel Eddington" in True Blood season 3. Should have been nominated for guest actor in a drama.

Nick Offerman: "Ron Swanson" in Parks and Recreation. Should have been nominated for supporting actor in a comedy.

Ron Swanson isn't up for an Emmy? That's ridiculous. He should just be handed the award in the first place.

Pissed that there will be no more FNL anymore. My wife and I were talking about it the other day... with the premise of the show, it is a show that could continue for a long while. Of course, you'd have to focus more on football for that to happen...

It is seriously a crime that Nick Offerman is not nominated. I mean, Modern Family is funny but all 4 of those guys don't deserve nominations.
