They were at a white trash bar in Washington Court House a few weeks ago. I saw videos, not pretty.

Lol, it costs too much to raise the bridge/lower the street so instead let charge people more when they hit it!Raising the bridge would cost the city tens of millions of dollars, and Yoakum told NBC4 it wouldn’t be raising the bridge because of the cost.
"We hear it all the time … either raise the bridge or you lower the roadway. Raising the bridge would be tens of millions of dollars. Lowering the roadway would be equally expensive," Yoakum said.
In the past, the city has installed more signs and raised the fine for nonclearance to $1,000.

yikes - I've been there. MANY years ago when it first converted to a bar from when it was the Goody Shoppe diner...
