Coach Bucks and LSU knocks of Coach Dame's squad for the 2nd time of the year. This time 27-17 for the SEC Title and the right to move onto the National Title Game. The Vols started off hot jumping out to a early 10-0 lead before the Tigers even knew what hit them. But with 3 minutes left before the half Senior QB Jordan Jefferson found his playmaking junior Rueben Randle streaking down the sideline for a 41 yard touchdown play. You could feel the momentum switching sides right before half but the Vols still had a 10-7 lead and got the ball to start the 2nd half. The Tigers defense stepped up huge in the 2nd half picking off 2 Tyler Bray passes. LSU scored 17 points in the 3rd quarter capped off by Michael Ford 64 yard gallop for 6. Going into the 4th and final frame the Tigers led 24-10 scoring all 24 unanswered. Early in the 4th quarter the Vols struck on a 60 yard TD pass. But that was the last time they saw the football until 30 seconds were left in the game and after LSU tacked on a FG to make it a 10 point lead. Jordan Jefferson was named MVP passing for 124 yards with 1 TD on 3-5 passing and 38 yards on the ground with another TD. Coach Bucks added this after the game. "SEC CHAMPS can you believe it! Wow that was a battle out there. Coach Dame and the Vols are a great team and should be very proud of there season." When Coach Bucks asked who they would rather play Oklahoma or Wisconsin? "He laughed and said I don't care neither of them have SEC SPEED. We have to get to work and make sure we bring the Crystal Ball back to the BAYOU! We will give the men a couple of days off but not to many we have to be sharp come game time!!"

Coaching Changes

Coach Loanwolf will be leaving the Blue Turf and the Boise St Broncos to take over the TCU Horned Frogs & Coach Toolegit will be taking over Michigan St as he made the his short stay in South Beach destroying the Miami Hurricanes tradition.

Undefeated Oklahoma, who started the season number 1 and never had a close call, will be on the outside looking in at the National Title game.

We want a playoff!

The Clemson Tigers finish off the season with a high note, defeating the defending national champions, the Auburn Tigers 42-9 in the Chick-Fil-A "Tiger" Bowl.

Coach Lucas said after the game: "It feels great to finish out the season like this against this good of a team. I will enjoy this win for about a week, but after that its on to thinking about next season. We return our core on offense. Our key on offense is to find a go to receiver. Once we do that, the offense will only be better than this season. We lost some key guys on defense, but believe we have guys who have earned valuable experience throughout the season and will fill in just fine.

Next season, its BCS Bowl and ACC Champions, or bust."
