Cheesburger, well done, WITH A-1. Some Tilapia, completely cooked, and a baked potato with cheese and bacon(fully cooked) all cooked on the grill, lol. I could kill for some chipotle though :)

Top Sirloin, Rosemary Baked potatoes (on the grill), a tossed salad (topped by the first tomato of the year from the garden).

Washed down with a bottle of Oregon Pinot Noir (Bruno, 2009).

A-1 will be available for my mother-in-law, who insists on having her steak "extra well done". (i.e. - if it's not the consistency of a piece of plywood, it ain't done).

Peasant bread, fresh mozz, basil and balsamic. Maybe a little prosciutto or soppressata.

Subway-Oven roasted chicken with marinara sauce, spinach, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, sprinkled with Parmesan/oregano on flatbread....phenomenal

Had a 16 oz grassfed T-Bone grilled with a mixture of Kerry Gold Irish butter & minced garlic cooked on top of it. Sorry, no A-1. ;)

this evening, a bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries from '5 guys burgers'. those fries are spicy hot.

We sampled 3 different 8 piece rolls, an app and 2 soft drinks 60$$$ and it was really really good. Only problem its tiny like 30 person max occupancy tiny.
