No it isnt not even in this pre world war Germany society . Where all our private rights are being flushed down the toilet. Where the gov can tap anyones phone line .

Where you can be flagged for taking out a library book of interest . Our freedoms are almost gone and so is freedom of speech and alot of you would like that with STFU all the time LOL

None of these have anything to do with turning down a breathalyzer test. If you refuse the test, you are admitting guilt.

It is within his right to refuse . Lets face it the DUI laws are bogus .. Its way too low 0.8 or whatever . Its all a shame the insurance companies make up . Because they run the politicians and they make the laws unreasonable... If a small woman drinks a glass of wine at business luch she can be given a DUI . You know when your impaired and two beers isnt impaired,but it is what they can hit you with if you get pulled over .

He has the right to refuse, but that refusal is an admission of guilt. It isn't the fault of insurance companies, laws, politicians, etc. Ward simply made a terrible decision. Most Steelers fans on here can say that he messed up, but for some reason, you want to blame everyone except him.

Leading with the head is open to suggestion .. The Harrison hits last year I think were legit . You are definitly allowed to blindside someone .. Where in the rule book does it say otherwise.,as long as you get your head across.. This guy Hines is called a cheapshot artist from defensive people who make a living trying to kill a wideout over the middle . Hines takes some viscious shots and always gets up smiling . He then gets his shots in . Partly because Pittsburgh football everybody blocks downfield even the premadona wideouts .. you aint got to like his style . I sure do I love it . I dont condone cheapshots . I think you and I differ on what are cheapshots .. Being a Big Red guy i thought you would think differently .. But oh well lets just say we agree to disagree. .

We shall see how it plays out in court . If it doesnt get knocked down to a reckless op. i think they probably will give him a DUI. Celebrities contrary to opinions on this thread dont get away with anything these days they are much more scrutinised than average everyday people.

People with money get away with things all of the time. If an average person comittied the crimes that athletes such as Stallworth or Big Ben did, they would have had much tougher penalties because they wouldn't be able to buy their way out of the punishment.

First and foremost, I'm NOT a "Big Red guy." I can't stand a thing that has to do with that hillbilly town of Stupidville and second, Harrison's hits were NOT "legit." Clown was a repeat offender who leads with his head.

The dude doesnt lead with his head . Thats just not true . They teach you that early . Sometimes a deffensive player might lead with his head inetvertidly,because of the fast pace of the game . I think ThinThick isn't the brightest, but you do know that it is NOT admitting guilt right? If it was, lawyers wouldn't advise people to not blow if they get pulled over.
