If Cozart is starting I'll have an 8/1 odds on him hitting a HR, a 8/3 odds on him getting 2 or more hits and a 15/1 odds on him hitting a HR in his first AB

Right around 110 players have homered in their first AB. Gary Gaetti, with 360 career jacks, is the one that leads the way in HR for guys who homer in their first ML AB. 19-20 FINISHED Their careers with just one as well. I think two of those hit their first in the last two years and they may have more than one career HR at this point...so bascially 17-18 hit HR in their first AB and it was their only one!
