As an interesting note to those annoying ohhuddle people who've done their fair share to spam their second-rate Huddle clone over the past couple of weeks.....
On the college basketball forums, there is this thread (http://www.freehuddle.com/thread-2556-post-77425.html#pid77425) concerning an interview with Jon Diebler. The interesting part of the thread is where it's brought up by members here that by making usernames concerning this site's name, they've gotten immediately banned. Yet these clowns use this site to spam theirs (as in the aforementioned thread and by people using that site as their sig).
Overall, it isn't a big deal, as they're a tiny site that has little going for it. But it is kind of annoying to have them use this site as a promotional tool for what they're doing, especially since they apparently are making it a one-way street as far as promotion goes.

Bahaha.....yeah, but I use the justification that the video game site I work for has nothing in common with this one, so I'm more like self-promoting my hobby instead of trying to piggyback off this site to steal traffic.

I really don't care to be honest. I think once people check their site out they realize it sucks! They probably end up annoying more people then anything hence doing more harm to their website then good.

it is annoying. I warned one of them about spamming all over the place. She did PM me back and said that she would stop.

It was funny as a buddy of mine was looking for results in the wrestling forum. Some guy posted a link to that site saying here are complete results but when my buddy went over there he came back and posted those are hardly complete, LOL!

Yeah, they're not spamming all over the place now, but still do to a degree whenever they have something "noteworthy". I checked the post history of the dude who put up the Diebler interview. He brought that up on both the CFB and HS BB forums and has brought up his sites D I-II-III wrestling preview on that forum.

Yeah, I noticed what you posted on the CFB forum. They now are requiring people to register just to look at their forums. Guess they got tired of the comments that their forums were essentially the same 2-3 people talking to each other.

I stopped over there and it definitely is a joke. As you mentioned, Fab, I fell for the "we have complete results" bullshit as well and left as quickly as I had logged in to get there.
