Hated this guy's character on the season finale, then again I hated Kathy Bates too. I think it might be time to cut ties with the show.

His character in the finale was a cross between Denny Crane and Alan Shore.
Honestly, they need to put this show out of its misery. It was once a great show. Now is it is like watching a professinal athlete who is playing well beyond his prime.

i liked his character as CEO he would have been shitty as a regional manager.
I think they should hire henry winkler in light of this show clearly jumping the shark.

The show died to me 3-4 years ago. I tried watching again last year and it seemed like a completely different show.

This is the most awesome idea ever. I wasn't going to watch next season but I might out of morbid curiosity just to see how bad it can get.

Was never a fan of Steve Carrell....BIG fan of James Spader and I think he could resurrect the show. Maybe. The only good thing about this show ever was the back-and-forth between Dwight and Jim, which has been mostly gone in recent years.
