Reds just won a series against a good team. They are due to get swept.

I'll be at games 2 and 3.

Reds must sweep to keep the Ohio Cup. Since we all know that is what the season is ALL about.

If the Red Legs can get some wins, they should gain some ground in the division. The Brew Crew have game 2 of 3 in the Bronx tonight after getting walloped last night 12-2. Then they go to Minny for the Twinkies. Although they did sweep them not too long ago in Milwaukee.

Masterson owns the Reds. 7-2 Tribe win.

I will be there game 1, and possibly either game 2 or 3. Hopefully you cincy fans can be entertained by the Indians that were playing playing earlier in the year, not this current pile of shit that forms a batting lineup.

I'll be at game 1 and 3, maybe Saturday but not likely with this heat. 3 days in a row would be brutal with 2 day games.

Wouldn't a Red's sweep split the series, therefore sharing the Cup?

I think it would remain with who has it currently, which would be the Reds. That's what they were talking about last night on the Reds broadcast.

And they were wrong. Looks like if it's a season split, each teams gets the trophy for part of the season.

Indians lead the all time series 37-35. Pretty even.

Pretty pumped to go to games 2 and 3! Hoping for another sweep by my Tribe.

Oh and I think Laley will be starting the Tribe thread so I'll be headed over there for the duration.

As a lifelong Indians fan and a Cardinals fan for the last 13 years, it would really help the Redbirds if the Tribe repeated their earlier success against the Reds.

Brewers lost again to the Yanks. With CC going tomorrow the Reds could be only 2 back.

The Cards limp into Tampa as well. The only downside is they miss David Price and James Shields.

Tribe was 30-15. As of the other day they had lost 20 of their last 30.

Gotta take 2 of 3 at home
