was just doing road work in zanesville today..on 146 near zane state and ouz, not northpointe though. as for why, I'd guess re-paving it, like they are doing in the rest of the area.

Seems like where ever I go around town they are doing some type of road work. And it can be a pain to have to go all the way around just to get where I need to go.
