Why use Ryan Dunn, who had a .196 BAC, as an example? This article is stupid. As others on here have pointed out, 1 beer over the course of an hour is not going to impair shit.

A tobacco buzz can affect your driving. Ban smoking and chewing while driving.

A caffeine buzz can affect your driving. Ban drinking coffee while driving.

Loud music can affect your driving. Ban music while driving.

Eating or drinking can affect your driving. Ban eating and drinking.

Talking to others in the vehicle can affect your driving. Ban any and all discussion while the vehicle is moving.
