Which player will reach 2,000 career hits first?

Albert Pujols currently has 1972 career hits....and Rolen has 1985 career hits.

I will keep this thread open a while but I will change the odds very often...possibly after every hit by each one of these players.

Lotz and I do these darn things and the same 4 or 5 people play.....Gotta do something to make them worthwile.

Neither is a definate and both will be right on it at the all-star break I imagine.....odds will go down as they both get closer...or one of them

Pujols went 3/3 and I was getting ready to change the odds a bit....then badly hurts wrist. Cards say sprained....looked bad. Rolen may have 2000 before we see Pujols again....unless dave jinxed Rolen with his wager.

Damn...the lines changed. I was gonna put it all on Rolen and be rich. Instead...I'd make like 9 vCash. LOL.

This should have been abandoned when Pujols went to the DL. T shirts are on the line.

Nope...Dave took advantage of the news before I could get to a computer to change the odds. He gets credit for playing and paying attention to our threads. Nothing guaranteeing Rolen was not going to get hurt as well.

Uggla's HR was far.

pretty sure he turned the corner again last night. 2 really good at bats lead to walks, then jumped on first pitch fastball, and then the more encouraging driving an outside pitch too right center gap happened. Best all around approach at the plate he's had all season.
