Dexter Isaac confesses to being paid to rob and shoot Tupac as he came into Quad Studios in New York.
Maybe that means we're closer to finding out who killed Pac?

Every year some whack job comes out and claims he shot Pac in '94 in New York to start the East Coast/West Coast feud.

This guy didn't say he killed Pac. He is saying he was the one that shot him in New York and basically started off the whole East Coast/West Coast feud.
