What a messed up situation. Good for the coach in waiting, he had some clause in his contract that his pay would take a huge jump if he was the head coach in 2011.

ESPN said today that WVU should thank OSU because this would have been the top scandal story of the year had it not been for the OSU story.

This WVU thing is crazy beyond belief. The current head coach trying to smear the reputation of the "coach in waiting". This whole CIW crap is nothing but trouble waiting to happen.

I honestly think it should have gotten more publicity...its just the OSU scandal has been coming in a steady stream rather than all at once.

WVU did get lucky regarding the media... rules violations will always win the coverage, making it a great time to sneak a massive clusterfuck by everyone.

Well not really. The WVU thing is hardly a scandal. More of a lack of dignity from the HC who everyone wanted out anyways.
