there are a lot of other coaches out there that should learn how to run a program from Beckman.

Totally agree. Beckman is a hell of a coach and wasted no time getting rid of both of these two. He will not be in Toledo much longer because he is a great coach and is turning the Rocket program around.dave;782440 wrote:there are a lot of other coaches out there that should learn how to run a program from Beckman.

IF Tressel is not the coach at OSU after the season, would Beckman get consideration to replace him? I'd have to think so.

I don't see it but they did hire Tress from YSU. Maybe if Beckman can beat Boise or OSU this year.karen lotz;782818 wrote:IF Tressel is not the coach at OSU after the season, would Beckman get consideration to replace him? I'd have to think so.

There is lots of hope in Rocket Nation, but when I went to PBS for the game against OSU I actually thought it might be pretty close. lol

I thought we'd give them a much better game as well. I really love what Beckman has done with the program and even though I know he'll probably go to a higher profile job in a few years I'm glad he was here for whatever amount of time it ends up being. He's a good coach and has run the program very well.

Glad it's an early game since they turn around and play Boise 6 days later. Now just have to wait til OSU fans are selling tix for $30 bucks.
