Great post and you make a good case, but I take contention with your last point. There are consequences to our actions. If I decide to rob a liquor store with a loaded gun - with no intention of shooting someone - then regardless of how things go down I am accountable if I shoot or kill someone. If the woman doesn't want a fetus growing inside her "against her will", then she can take measures to prevent that with 99.999% certainty (not just abstinence, multiple forms of contraception = condom + birth control + morning after pill).
