Four Loko has 660 CALORIES!? Damn! I've been enjoying 1-2 each week. That could be partial reason to my gut growing.

There are 7 calories per gram of alcohol - the higher the alcohol content (in this case, 12%) the higher the calorie count. It's why that MGD 64 stuff is basically water at 2.8% alcohol.

Booze is loaded with empty calories but liquor is easily better on the calorie end if that is what you are worried about.

...over the wknd. I hade a couple of (double bacardi & cokes) and that's like 500 calories per drink. So I guess the one night it was over 2000 calories...dammm!

The calorie to alcohol ratio of soco is probably the same as Whiskey, Vodka, Rum etc. They will all be about the same. Plus So Co is nasty.
