'You're our boy,"' Hopkins said, patting a reporter on the back in illustration. "He thought he was one of them."

Replace "guy in the house" with "slave in the house," then replace "on the field" with "in the field," and Hopkins' message is Uncle Tom-clear.

Wonder if he'll get the same backlash that Limbaugh got for his comments about McNabb.

Oh yeah, he won't, because racism is a one way street.

Calling out black on black racism would be more of a fork in the road heading the same direction than a 2 way street.

To say a black man isn't black enough isn't just black on black racism.

Why does he need to be "blacker"? It's a slam on whites as much as it is on McNabb, he's saying he's not black enough, so what is he? Mexican? No, he's saying he's too white.

That's what I mean by a one way street Hb.

If I, a white male, call some other white kid a "wigger", A LOT of black people who have a problem with that. And don't give me that historical significance of the 'N' word BS either. But if they call someone an Uncle Tom it's not looked at like a racist comment because it's a black dude saying it to a black dude. But it's a slam on whites, what's wrong with being white? I can't call another white man a wigger without being a racist, they would ask what is wrong with being black?

I'm not racist, I just want it to be fair and balanced. A lot of blacks wanted equal rights, they got them, and now they want unequal rights. They want extra rights in a lot of cases. That's wrong and as hypocritical as it gets.

Carlton has no business being in a discussion like this.

Yes, I think black people are retarded when it comes to racism. Not all of them but a damn good amount of them. It's tough to find a bigger group of hypocrites.

I can honestly say that the only reason racism has even been an issue in my personal life is because black people have made it an issue.

McNabb's been a magnet for retarded race-baiters in his career. First Rush saying his stature was in part because he's black and now Hopkins saying he's not black enough.

I'm starting to feel like..."Guys, lay off the dude! He's just an NFL player who got confused by how overtime fucking works! Do you think he needs this sort of drama in his life?!?"
