Skype will support Microsoft devices like Xbox and Kinect, Windows Phone and a wide array of Windows devices, and Microsoft will connect Skype users with Lync, Outlook, Xbox Live and other communities. Microsoft will continue to invest in and support Skype clients on non-Microsoft platforms.
I think this could end up being a good move for them. Skype on Xbox with connect and on Windows Phone for consumers but also Skype integration with Outlook contacts for enterprise users and such.

The OC was going to buy it but I could only muster $6.5 billion.

Should have either started charging for this piece of crap earlier or offered them a cut of all future vCash. I'm sure that would have been too much for them to ignore.

Strippers that bite you in the ass every time are considerably more expensive.

Precisely. If justin hadn't fed that fetish of his, he could probably have afforded it.
