Just heard the news of this this morning on twitter, and just a few months after George Clooney filmed parts of Ides of March in Ohio. Hopefully we'll see a lot more filmmakers choosing Ohio in the future.

Both places are a dump, so this movie will end up being the worst made movie in the history of movie history.

Read about this in February in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. They'll begin filming in Cleveland in August.

They are also looking for about 2000 extras. So if you want to be in the movie Link

Minor league news on a minor league site. hahaha they announced this a few months ago and already started filming(although not in cleveland yet). A few weeks ago I heard there were a few more big name movies on the way to be filmed in cleveland.

What was the football movie they filmed at the Ohio State football game last year during a t.v. timeout? I think it was a Kurt Russel movie and I believe the game was in September sometime...

The recent Spiderman trilogy had parts filmed in Cleveland as well..

Cleveland is actually used in a few movies that take place in NY.
