He has been in trouble before for alcohol issues. That is the suspicion for this one. I don't understand why these kids piss away such opportunities.

Sounds like he is on parole, it says he needs to fulfill his legal requirements. He may be skipping appointments with his po or not getting his paper signed at AA meetings.

Ya doesn't sound like a repeat offense. That would be worse. But still, why blow the opportunity given?

I know they're athletes, which makes them different than the normal college population...but if this were just a drinking charge, you can't really fault him. College kids are going to drink, and some of them are going to get a slap on the wrist, such is life..

Now that being said, that completely goes out the window with the DUI news.
