Where can I get an OSU hat similar to the Michigan or Notre Dame hats pictured here?

Probably not gonna happen, those are adidas hats. OSU is signed with Nike.

Nike doesn't have an issue. The starving kids working their shops in the Philippines do.

You're not going to find one like that for OSU. My best suggestion would be to find a place that does custom embroidery work (I believe there's a kiosk at Easton that does this) and design the logo yourself (I suggest using MS Paint).
