Hold off on using it for now, once I figure out when to use it we can start.
I'm thinking we just use it to stop threads from spiraling out of control when a few people are just attacking each other.

It'll be nice for things like coa in pittsburgh threads, capone in cleveland ones, sleeper in notre dame ones, gibby in ohio state ones, etc. The threads will be able to continue without having to be shut down thanks to those asshats.
The preferred method of dealing with those posters is still to launch them out of a cannon into the sun, however.
