SHELBY, N.C. -- A former North Shelby School teacher accused of having sex with a 19-year-old student told a judge she's a changed woman.

I bet....

Police charged 29-year-old Nicole Chapman last May with taking indecent liberties with a student at North Shelby, which is a school for students with mental and physical handicaps

Wait... Whut???? Physical handicaps???... Does he work at Lowes?
“I’m not the same Nicole,” she said. “I can tell, and my family can tell, I’m a different person thanks to the help I've gotten.”

Lets be serious here, is the woman hot? No.
Is the woman butt ugly? No.

We all know that everyone on the interwebs/series of tubes forums always gets the hottest chicks, etc so they act like any normal woman is butt ugly, but lets be serious here. For a mug shot (which almost always look horrible) that isn't that bad.

Still a sick case...

I heard she received a more lenient penalty because she found a bag of ganja in the bank parking lot and called the FBI. She also called the CIA, ATF, the USDA, HBO and the PGA.
