Yeah, we can finally say mission accomplished! Truthfully, Obama and even Al Qaeda have ceased to be all that relevant for some time. There hasn't even been a significant, verified statement from Bin Laden in 4-5 years.

The only reason he didn't keep the promise was because his promise wasn't really feasible. Not because he didn't want to.

On a related note, for all those wanting to fix US healthcare....Bin Laden was supposedly on his death bed, on dialysis, and moving from cave to cave....for 10 years. Maybe the search should shift to finding his doctors.

Well, Presidents cannot speak freely on the fly. Everything has to be scripted from what they wear to what they say.

What they should have done was get everything ready FIRST and then announce the news.

CNN just showed people singing The Anthem and God Bless America in front of the White House. Glad something like this can bring us together.
