But besides the 1st round Tebow pick of last year, could Christian Ponder be the worst draft pick of all time?

Couch shouldn't even be in the conversation. His numbers were Peyton Manning-like compared to Ryan Leaf & Akili Smith. Hell, Couch almost threw for as many yards in a year as Leaf did in his career.

Yeah, Russell...because of what he was paid may have "eclipsed" Leaf....both in "bustitude" and with his shadow.

I don't see how how could be the worst draft pick ever when he hasn't played a down yet.
But then again it is sleeper asking the question.

Maybe I should have stated "Worst draft pick that hasn't already busted of all time".

Anyone who hasnt been labeled a bust at this point (save a few drafts) isnt a bad pick. So now you are just limiting it to a few drafts.

Have you seen Tebow throw the ball?
Have you seen Christian Ponder win a relevant game at FSU? Did even half the country know this guy before the draft?

I think a lot of people knew him but somehow he got hyped up into the 1st round. Couple of months ago he wasn't sniffing the 1st.sleeper;755481 wrote:

I'll ask Tebow at Sawgrass next Sat. why his statue is running and not passing.
