Florida cornerback Janoris Jenkins has been charged with marijuana possession for the second time this year.

Jenkins was arrested on the same charge in January, for which he accepted a plea deal and paid $316. He was also arrested in May 2009 during a downtown fight.

I wonder if he'll face any charges from university judiciaries too? Some schools don't care whether it happens on their property or not... and if they did something before, this could violate a probation they may have put him on, opening the door for expulsion.

ts1227, it does not matter, JJ is gone. Either the NFL supplemental draft or FCS for a year. I'm sure he had to pee again and must have failed. Both times caught with less than a joint. I heard it was even the same GPD cop that cited him. It wasn't his car, JJ was not in the car, but the cop said he saw him get out and smelled weed. If that is me or you, the charge would not stick but Jenkins was already in the doghouse. I wonder if it was the same cop who arrested Louis Murphy for playing loud music in his car and having a couple of Viagra pills. 2 other guys have been cited this year for less than 2 grams. Not 20 grams, TWO. What is that, a roach? I've told you guys before, GPD loves to bust jocks. Jenkins asked for it though, twice in 3 months. Aloha. Good for Muschamp, I'd have been disappointed if Jenkins stayed.
